The innovative full-service design concept
with genuine sustainability

No. 1 Limitless modularity
woodï is designed with a dual modular approach: system & product.
For event organizers, exhibitors, and venue providers – flexible in deployment, durable in use, and solutions that last. A system that thinks ahead. woodï adapts flexibly to diverse requirements – from individual modules to comprehensive room solutions. Everything can be freely combined, scaled, and expanded: functionally, aesthetically, and organizationally. Every element follows the principle of "modular down to the last detail" – for easy repair, long-term use, and a true circular economy. This ensures that formats, spaces, and brands remain adaptable, economical, and future-proof.

What's all behind it?
Everything an event needs - in one system.
woodï combines modular building elements with services such as concept development, catering concepts, training, and marketing activations. Event organizers don't receive isolated solutions, but rather a system that can be reconfigured and expanded again and again – from carpets to trusses.
Quickly implemented, flexibly scalable
Intelligent basic modules with interchangeable internal components enable customized room, stage, and technical solutions. Setups can be adapted and expanded without rethinking the system – efficiently, structurally, and without system disruption.
Modular room formats as a building block system
The system enables a wide variety of applications – from exhibition and branding areas to specific room formats such as forums, stages or presentation areas. All elements are modular, scalable and freely combinable (e.g. forums with stage, control room, furniture and technology (video, sound, light, AI interpreting) as scalable modules).
Modular bis ins Detail
The second level of modularity lies within the product itself. Solutions that are as tool-free, interchangeable, and ESPR-compliant as possible are created, allowing for repair, modification, and long-term use.
Repair-friendly: Individual elements are replaceable – no complete replacement is necessary.
Tool-free assembly: Almost all parts are positively connected and can be assembled quickly.
Versatile in use: Interchangeable elements change the function - from landscape module to seat, cushion or counter.
Resource efficiency: optimal use of raw materials to achieve high product quality with less input.

No. 2 Product Development “Change by Design”
Many people are talking about sustainability.
I design them.
At woodï, change begins where it originates: in product development.
Change by Design means using design as a strategic lever – from the choice of materials.
from design and system logic to reuse in the cycle.
Material health, durability and repairability are considered early on – along clear guidelines such as Cradle to Cradle and relevant EU directives (ESPR and PPWR).
This is how effective design is created: efficient, circular and aesthetically convincing – awarded the German Design Award.
Design becomes the engine for change
Thinking responsibly, systemically and economically.
Design as the origin: Development starts where the effect is created: in the product – not at the end but at the beginning.
Holistic approach: Consideration of the entire value chain - material selection on a scientific basis, production, use and recycling.
System instead of individual product: Processes from ordering to logistics to setup and dismantling are taken into account – for solutions that function economically and circularly.
Design with impact: Durable, efficient and stylish – awarded the German Design Award.
No. 3 Transparent Numbers - Clear Impact
I don't believe in sustainability without evidence.
That's why I make impact measurable – from individual materials to the entire event. A transparent materials inventory and data-driven tools generate clear figures on ecological and economic performance. This makes sustainability comprehensible, comparable, and credible.

Transparency creates trust – and better decisions
Transparency begins with the material: My material inventory forms the basis.
All materials are recorded and documented along their recycling status.
Impact made visible: With woodï.circular, I demonstrate how materials are recycled. woodï.decarb makes COâ‚‚ emissions transparent – based on a clearly defined framework that enables comparisons and integrates future impact indicators.

Transparency creates trust – and better decisions
Comparisons provide orientation: From the end of 2026, area-related information will be possible – from individual stands to the entire event – with key figures on COâ‚‚, energy, water, waste, primary resources and circular economy.
Ecologically and economically measurable: Already proven today: up to 76% less COâ‚‚* and around 27% more economical compared to conventional trade fair construction.

No. 4 Social Responsibility & Biodiversity
For woodï, responsibility is not a promise, but an attitude.
Biodiversity is our shared foundation for life and economy. It secures resources, health, and social stability. But it is under immense pressure – and with it, the basis of our coexistence.
woodï therefore understands biodiversity and social responsibility as a shared task: made visible through concrete initiatives, supported by fair structures, and driven by the ambition to have an impact on both people and nature. The so-called doughnut economy forms the basis of our actions within planetary and social boundaries.

Doughnut Economics
Social Responsibility & Biodiversity
Promote and communicate biodiversity:
The seedling concept supports reforestation and simultaneously serves as a marketing tool and conversation starter for us and our customers. The water dispenser with Quelle2203 raises awareness for the protection of water and marine resources.
Strengthening social responsibility and education:
Fair conditions, transparent supply chains, and reliable partnerships characterize the woodï.verse. Education is a key lever in this – for employees, customers, and the next generation.
Sharing and strengthening knowledge:
Training and educational opportunities for customers, partners, colleagues and young talent promote responsibility, expertise and sustainable collaboration – beyond individual projects.
Guided by clear goals:
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the
meplan's ISO targets – for measurable responsibility along the value chain.
No. 5 WOW experience
Spaces can do more than just function – they can create an impact.
At woodï, every experience begins with a clear concept and the question of what added value a space creates for people and event organizers. This leads to strategic spatial concepts that guide, surprise, and increase reach, dwell time, and relevance. WOW happens where concept, staging, and interaction intertwine. Space becomes experience – and attention becomes added value. This is made possible through design psychology, scenography, and systems intelligence.

Spaces that evoke WOW – and have an impact
Concept before construction: Every space originates from a clear idea with a specific objective – for orientation, activation and economic benefit.
Profound experience: Design psychology controls perception, emotion and memory – and increases dwell time, interaction and recommendations.
Scenography with a system: Creative staging meets modular system intelligence – scalable, efficient and sustainable.
Making brands tangible: Spaces become platforms for encounters, content and reach – on-site and beyond.
woodï USP - circularity-as-a-service
WOW at woodï does not arise from a fixed system,
but from free design – which we modularize systematically.
Our USP woodï circularity-as-a-service is simple:
We start by creating freely – and then turn that into a system that benefits everyone.
So what are the arguments in favor of woodï?
Modular, repairable, recyclable
Design, efficiency & sustainability intelligently combined
